#1: The model looks worried. Personally, I dislike pictures where the subject is frowning.
#2: It looks like the model is having difficulty blowing air into a balloon, or is projectile vomitting snow. The defining moment was missed. Maybe there was too much snow on her hand, or you shot too late. Someone who has taken this type of picture before should be able to advise you better.
#3: This is better, but the condensation from the model's breath and the hair growing out of her right arm (camera left) detract from the image for me. The hair can be fixed, but the condensation looks like more trouble than it is worth. I think I would like this picture a lot better if the horizon wasn't titled as well.

Number one is my favorite out of the set. Number two does seem to have a little too much snow, and three is nice, I'm pretty sure you were going or the breath being able to be seen in the shot or you wouldn't have posted it.

Nice work keep it up.
