Took the autoumn leaf today, and the pine wood last week.
Used my 350D and a tamron 28-75 mm lens...

Let me suggest something for the next time you shoot it. Get it so that the main subject, the yellow leaf, is obviously the main subject, and it is clearly and perfectly in focus. Then, anything else, like the green or pink leaves, are clearly out of focus so that they become background. That would require careful control of the depth of field. --OR-- Get everything into perfect focus, all of the leaves.
