I use Jalbum. It's free, easy, and has an integrated paypal shopping cart option for selling photos.

I use oscommerce. It's very basic though...traditional enlargement orders only. None of the extras like gallery wraps, albums, etc. I haven't figured out how to hack it into anything more complex than "choose your size."
