What do you need to work on?

Obviously in this industry if you want to make it, you need to constantly be criticizing your work to see what you can improve upon. For instance, the other day while editing some harsh daylight images (yeah i know. :o I was on vacation though and didn't pack my 5-in-1) I came to the conclusion that I suck at editing. A nice reality hit but I'm glad I could admit it to myself so that I can work on getting better. Obviously this was never going to be a portfolio worthy image but it just bugged me that I could not fix it to look the way i wanted.

So let's here a little about what you would like to improve upon and maybe someone can help and you leave this thread a better photographer.
