I often find it very hard to critique my own work as I am usually way too critical about myself.

When I go out to a location for my pro-work, I often take a lot of pictures for fun and have uploaded some to flickr.

It occurred to me that I could be placing some of these shots into a stock site, since they never really cost me any extra money to take them.

What do you guys think? I am already thinking I need to focus more on live subjects and less on landscapes and cloud shots (which don't make much money).

These shots also help me tune my style for my work, as I can feel free to post them to the world and see what they like. My audience is more important than myself.

My photos.

Thanks for looking! Feel free to be brutally honest. I have very thick skin, but not over my ears!

Beautiful Shots, I don't see why not, wouldn't hurt. As you said, they don't cost you to take them...

I really like the first one. Very artistic shot. I feel the lighting works well for the feeling it portrays. The other two I felt were a little underexposed, with the third one being more so. The subject in the second photo I felt needed more detail of focus and a sharper foreground, with a slightly less focused background. The third being too blue for me.

Why don't you take a picture, it will last longer....

I like the second one best, even with a GND over the lower portion, it will bring out more details of him.

First is Ok, is the horizon level?
Last is just green, would probably look better in a true B&W

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.

Ive had bad experiences with stock especially microstock. For your pics to sell they have to have an obvious point, number 2 has a good chance but as nice as 1 and 3 are I wouldn't get my hopes up. more like 2 defiantly though.

Also snowflake says "weeeee" on page 2 of flickr is one that would work in stock.
