wow fantastic , that last shot they seem to be laughing at you:) I love this forum , anyone know what the black dome in front of the cockpit is for

It's an IRST ball (Infra-red search/track) for targetting!

The Mig-29 is my favorite modern plane. Don't like the look of the 2 seater version at all though hehe...

Nice shots! Notice the closed intakes? They've had them for years & can take off & land on crappy runways with weeds growing 4' high on them, not to mention birds. We haven't "discovered{" the technology of the doors yet & so everyone has to take a morning walk to police up the debris that can take out an engine!:confused:
