1d mk iv cr2 files not previewing in mac "finder"

Title says it all, on my old 5d mkii when I would transfer my photos from my card via card reader, it would give you the preview icon of the picture. Now with the mk iv it is the generic cr2 icon and no photo icon. I have searched and searched without avail. Anyone have the same issue and how did you fix it, I checked Canon's and Apple's websites for drivers, but apparently none exist.

The same happens to me with my older MacBook pro and my 7D. my moms computer sees them just fine.... Rather annoying that such expencive gear doesn't play nice.

You need to be running Leopard or Snow Leopard, and keep the system patched to the latest point version:

Awesome, I will give that a go. I have an older G5 that won't die so I have just leopard
