Yes, I agree with Hieu. This image does seem to show some "front focusing" bias (well, "left focusing" I suppose, since the image is rotated like that ).
But... Be certain there are actually some errors before you start making any adjustments. Before making any adjustments, you should take that shot several more times, focusing manually, perhaps with Live View zoomed in, and on a tripod. For each shot, defocus first, then refocus. Compare the results from several shots to see if they are consistently showing the same error. You do have to be a certain distance from the target... ISTR that Canon tells you in the manual, based upon the lens focal length.
Only if you consistently see a bias toward front focusing in all your test shots, try a little adjustment and reshoot the tests.
