Its not really starlight, but glare I am seeing...wish the lights were not there as I like the gradient sky colors:D

A bit too dark and the white balance is off. Using AWB will not get the right colors, especially in this case. Change it to tungsten and crank up the exposure. It actually looks a lot better IMO.

Putting any technical issues aside I still wouldn't really get the photo, I don't really understand what I'm looking at. Sorry.
