Was out scouting for areas to take automotive pics and decided to stop by to see my cousin at the tire shop he works at and ended up snapping a few pics of his V-Rod. Experimenting with the composition so let me know what you think and what sets you like. And yes the bike is a little dusty...

I really like the first one EXCEPT for the dark/shadowy tire all the way on the left in the foreground. Otherwise an excellent shot!

I know there's an "unwritten rule" of NOT having any of the front tires facing the camera when shooting a car, I'd like to think there's something similar for not shooting on the kickstand-side of a motorcycle. To me those types of pictures just don't look right, but that's just my opinion.

Thxs, first time shooting a bike.

As for the kickstand not sure, never really looked at bike pics but i wanna say i've seen kick stands on some pics.

And yes the bike is a little dusty...

On black areas, that's a good thing. It helps to bring out detail.

That pillar with the tire leaning on it has to go...leave it out of any other shoots in the future. Other than that, lovely work/setting

Yes it is. Wasn't planning on shooting it, it was of a practice shoot for another bike that I will b shooting there soon. Supposed to b like a 30k bike so infant wait to see it.
