I thought this was an interesting image with white, gold and blue. I know some will have wanted me to clone the electric wires out but I just don't care to spend that much time.. :o

Then just crop it to a point just below the wires...takes all of a few seconds. You'll also be rewarded with the added bonus of getting the horizon line off dead-center (and a much more pleasing composition).

I looked at that but it takes almost all the blue out of the image and leaves it fairly dull. I also considered trying to work out that horizon off of dead center but I wanted the phragmites in the foreground to have a prominent part of the image. I took another shot with the camera angled up a bit to get only the top of the phrags and more of the sky, but then the electric lines went straight across the center. Thank you for your thoughts, though.

If cropping out the wires, the sky can be easily fixed. The foliage will also become much more prominent at the same time. But right now, the wires spanning the frame, and the dead-center horizon, limit the image. Either way, your image-your call.
