Nice '64 Impala 2 door HT...327 V8 engine (250 or 300 hp in '64)...going by V with flags on either side badge on the front fender.

My parents...and they were my Mom + Dad, had a '64 Impala Wagon ....but the colour was Hondurous Maroon.

. . . looks like Merrickville to me, nice capture !!

I like it against the darker background.

PhotosGuy - quite a bit of processing involved to get that background...and emphasize the Impala...but you know that.

The 1st to comment on this...good eye. I could have cloned it out but the story was too interesting.

Word was - someone was caught putting fingerprints on Dad's Impala the night before the show. Mom shot him just before he ran into the bush behind the yard. It was decided that the investigation could go on AFTER the show finished thus the tape. Apparently the perpetrator was a Ford owner (a Tempo I think they said). Good news was, the fingerprints were easily removed with some Meguiar's polish and an old towel....
