It didn't get cold this time. I wasn't totally satisfied with the angle of the photo and the cropping...but the higher view point does at least show the noodle dish better than the ones I took from lower down.

beautiful presentation. the only thing i find my eyes doing is wondering towards the thick end of the chopsticks and the far end of the plate because they are not in focus (i know that's not the focal point of the photo) but that's just what i see. I'm not a pro so i could just be crazy but that's what i notice. i like this photo a lot though. should belong in a menu

Yeah, I think you're right the chopsticks should have been centered different. The food too, I think what's bugging me about it is that the food looks uncentered. Although it was even, unless I shoot from straight above it looks like there's more white space on the back and my eyes are going to that.

no, i wouldnt move them, i like where they are at. it gives it some good balance but maybee increase your apeture so you get more of the subject in focus. and it has good contrast against the orange color nect to them so they pop more

Carrots, I was trying to create fancy carved flower garnish, and failed miserably, so I just sliced them nice instead.
