I havent been on for a while, but Im back.

Alright. I sold my 17-40L a while back for stupid money. I want to replace it and just found a perfect 17-40L. But I dont know if I want to buy a 20mm prime f/2.8 and a 17-85 USM f/4 in its place. I like primes personally. But I loved my 17-40L........

Just looking for opinions on the 20mm prime and the 17-85 as I have not used either of them.

If you haven't been around for awhile, are you aware of the newer 15-85? It is supposed to be a little better than the 17-85, but of course it does cost more.
