Hi everyone,

I love to make virtual copies and make minor edits, and then compare the photos. However, I can never keep them all straight, remembering how I edited each one. What I want to do is make a short note and attach it to each photo to help me identify what I did. Then when I look at a photo, my notes would appear.

Is there a way to do this or something comparable?

Thanks for your help!

Why not just look at the edit history down the left side?

like adamC said theres a history panel on the left side in develop mode.
im pretty sure you can add a note into the metadata.

Thanks guys. Yes, I'll try doing that, using the history palette more. I was just wanting something (a few descriptive words) to show up with the picture, hopefully in whatever module I'm working in. That way I wouldn't have to worry about being in the "Develop" module to see the history (or having to scroll down to see it). I think that would be a nice option to have - convenient anyway. Maybe I'll suggest it to Adobe.

In the metadata panel on the right side of the Library module you can create a "Copy Name" that is unique to each virtual copy.
