I think this might be a broad-winged hawk but his belly is white. He is about the size of an osprey. I thought he might be a osprey but he was hunting squirrels. The birds at the feeder didn't pay any attention to him.

That's a really tough angle for getting a look at key indicators. I'd go with juvi Red-shouldered Hawk but it could be a juvi Cooper's.

Thanks Steve, I think you're right. I was looking at photos of adults and didn't check the immature birds.

Brown eyes...I'm pretty sure it's a young Red-shouldered Hawk.
