Looks like a nice update, including gpu processing. The days where the graphics card is unimportant is coming to an end.

"Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

I think Nik overcharges for their software. That said, I love Silver Efex Pro so much, I'll probably pay for the upgrade. I previously bought their complete collection, but Silver is the one I use the most. I may not upgrade the others when they are upgraded by Nik.

Well, I just got another email from them that said that because I had purchased Silver Efex Pro V1 so recently, I'd get the upgrade for free. The email also said it should be available for download around the end of Feb.

I didn't save the email, but I think it said that anyone who purchased it after 12/6/2010 would get the free upgrade. However, don't hold me to that. It's just what I think I remember.

Hmmmm. So I wonder.

If I purchase silver efex pro 1 now which I can get legit for £20 will it lead to a free upgrade to the v2 ???

I now have versions one and two. Honestly I'm underwhelmed. Some features and presets I used regularly in one are gone in two; at least I have both.

What did they remove?
