Given the fact that photoshop exists, and has existed for a long time... kinda hard to take pictures like this seriously.

Aside from the comment about the sharpness of the"ghost", she appears to be standing in the hallway 3/4's between the end of the wall that seperates the two hallways and the left door. However, it looks like part of the ghosts dress is in front of the end of the wall that is closer to us. A layers issue which is quickly fixed by a masking layer or eraser tool, which was obviously not used.

there's a bunch of phone app's that do this..i did one of these for my school and everyone can't stop talking about the ghost pic I took.

Sorry to break the childhood fantasies here, but ghost arent real obviously. Ghost photos have been faked well before photoshop as well, all photoshop has done is make it so everybody and their mom can partake of the hoaxery.
