Tiny Wasp with Reflective Eye

Found these tiny Wasps on Orchid , a very unusualy reflection in eye. The flash bounce I guess.
70-200 F4L and full set of auto tubes.on 300D.

Great shots. They certainly have a bizarre head.
They are fruit flies.
