Last night in Wales, we had a fairly clear night with very thin cloud coming and going. Unfortunately, amongst my pictures, there was no area that was completely clear that I could see. To make matters worse, the moon was also very bright.
Is there a way to remove the effect of thin cloud from the stacked photos? I noticed in the output one can see where the cloud seemed to have lingered. As you can see from the other photo when there is no cloud, it does not cause any problems. I know that the second photo's exposure time was a bit too long. I do have light pollution here and the moon was out for both photos.
So, in summary, is there a way of removing the clouds from the stacked photos?
Thanks,
Naddie
