Just returned from a weekend trip including Canyonlands NP and Mesa Arch.

I keep hearing about the crowds for this shot, even in winter, but my wife and I had the place to ourselves.
I'm sure I'll be back in a couple months to shoot this again when my brother returns stateside.

We were in the area last weekend as well, but it was too cold for us to get out of bed early enough to get there for sunrise.

Beautiful shots!

Early enough to catch a sunrise (and freeze some booty) deserves a great capture!

Beautiful shots. The snow gives them a fresh perspective.
