These handsome little brothers have done print ad work for Gap and other related stores. They needed updated portfolio shots for their agency, so we recently got together at The Grove. Little boys are definitely high-energy. I needed a couple of days to recover from chasing them around! Thanks for looking!

Tim

5. This was one of my favorites from the day. They loved chasing each other around.

What divine little boys, and you have captured their spirit so well. Really enjoyed these. Having visited the Grove for the first time in July, I have to ask when and how you got to do this shoot without a million people getting in the way???

Thank you very much! And regarding your question, yes, that place gets crazy busy! On the day that we shot, it was packed! It definitely required lots of patience. I tried to find little side "alleys" where there weren't as many people. The main street where the trolley goes was so crowded. The Grove is an interesting place to shoot, but it's one of the most challenging places.

5 and 6 are the best TIm they look great as usual. How do you keep them so sharp when they are running around shooting f2.0 I have been practicing with my 50 1.4 but seem to keep them in focus if they are moving about. Are you using AI servo? Back focus button? just curious.
