I shot these at San Diego Wild Animal Park last week.

I've been wanting to get up there and do some shooting.

I know they have some special set-up there now which allows you to get very close to the lions. Or was this on one of the "interior" tours?

Steve, the lions aren't in the "interior" sections. They're predators, and will kill all the other animals. The lion exhibit let me get pretty close last time I was there, about a year ago. I'm not sure if it's been changed since then.

The Lion exhibit is locate at the "Lion Camp", you can get very close to the lions.
