For the price I thought it was a great idea and I spent hours designing my template but the site continues to freeze up during slide shows and the whole site just freezes. I emailed them a bunch of times and they keep telling me its because one of the images did not load properly but its not the case because its always a different image that is freezes on. It's like totally random sometimes it even freezes on the main page and you cant do anything. I am thinking about canceling but its the only affordable thing for me right now.

If it freezes on a slideshow, it's probably because your images are too large for your internet connection.

You have other design issues too.

Did you lose Digital Photo Professional (DPP)? Get it here (external link). Cursing at your worse-than-a-map reflector? Check out this vid! (external link)

It worked just fine for me. I know it's a personal preference, but I would suggest removing the music or at least make it so that it doesn't play automatically.

Right on the money... in the Sports section at least, each of the images is around 300K. Probably 5-6 times as large as they need to be for this kind of presentation. That's putting quite a load on your server and network connection.

This. So few sites auto play music these days that it startled me. Worked fine on Win7 and Chrome.
