Im looking to set up a display for trade shows coming up. Im looking for something that I can take to car shows and still use for wedding events. Main idea is to have something to display photos for sale/display. Anyone use something like im looking for and would like to help me figure out something cheap to use? Thanks.

I also attend car shows and I use two 6' tables covered with black fabric. I display samples(a few framed 8"x10"s, some key chains and other items), fliers and business cards on one, and use the other for my laptop and printer to print on site. I have a ten x ten canopy and some camping chairs. I learned the hard way to anchor my canopy, I use 4 five gallon buckets filled half way with cement to weigh it down. Hope this helps some.

For indoor, it's pretty hard to beat a nice big flatscreen TV with slides.
You can tent the screen for your needs, and hook up a cheap dvd player with repeating slides prepared.

Remember to insert some "signs" into your slide show too to advertise. You're not limited to just plane photos.

For my own, I usually design a slide show in Apple Keynote, and export the slides to jpg files.
I'm guessing PowerPoint has a slides-to-jpg export of some kind too, so you could use that if you're on a PC.

Little hooks with connectors on them.

Wire racks I borrowed off another business who I did a lot of marketing/promotional work with, the company's really taking off.

Frames are attached via string.

Very nice set up Mike - clean look, room to browse and it appears to be user friendly.

I was in a wheelchair for over a year, so it brought a new light as far as accessibility...LOL!

I guess I should confess straight away that I am currently doing some work to promote this company, that said I do genuinly think they could be what your looking for. Marler Hayley offer banner stands (external link) and pop up displays (external link) which I think are exactly the kind of thing that your talking about. You'd have to get in touch with them to find out exact prices, but I know they aim them selves more at small buisnesses and offer a lot of refurbished displays to meet those on a lower budget but still want to look profesional.
