Still working on all aspects of shooting birds. Have a ways to go.

1. Thought the light was pretty decent on this one from yesterday

2. Have really had a hard time getting a decent shot of this little one.

3. Prettiest House Finch I've seen at my feeders

Hey nice set you have hear, looks like great captures! I believe that #4 is of a "dark-eyed" Junco, a member of the Sparrow family. Keep up the good work!

I originally thought they were juncos but there are also slate colored ones Unless they are brown ones, too.

I think this may a purple finch. It lacks the breast baring the house finch has.

#3 is indeed a purple finch. The dark band behind the eye and the lack of brown streaking on the breast. Nice shots indeed!
