Went with my favorite drag queen to Rodeo Drive in Beverly HIlls yesterday. What a hoot! Got hatefully and ceremoniously kicked off Via Rodeo for taking pictures, but welcome to Beverly Hills. Most of the shop keepers on Rodeo Drive were very nice and allowed us to do what we wanted. I had no gear with me but a camera with a 50mm lens and flash, but of all the people there taking pictures, who were NOT asked to leave, they didn't have a drag queen with them. Whatever. We actually went to the management office of Via Rodeo and lodged a formal complaint with the management over selective enforcement of the rules and Lady V is going to bring it up in her radio interview next week, but that's life.
