I finally got an OK shot of a Bufflehead. Sun was just coming up, he dove, I ran down to the waters edge and waited, then he came up and bang I got the shot. He immediately flew away after that.

Wow, stunning color. Beautiful shot Mike, I like the look-back.

These birds make Mergansers look like they're sedated. :)
