I am surprised I have not posted these yet. This is Michele and Jake (also seen here). Jake came home from his 7 month stay in Guam, and Michele and I were there to meet him at 7am Christmas Eve. After nearly a day of travel, Jake was more than anxious to see his fiancée.

I tried to keep this as far away from a photoshoot as possible, and only asked for them to pose for me once (I asked for Michele to pose once too).

C&C as always is appreciated. Enjoy.

1. As we head into the San Diego Airport, a beautiful sunrise meets us.

4. I turn to see when his plane is coming in, only to be surprised to see Michele runnin in the opposite direction. "Thats him..."

7. I thought it would be good to have one photo of them together in front of the tree.

If all goes with with them I suspect four and five could end up being displayed on their fiftieth anniversary.

Thanks guys. I gave Michele her engagement album (Jake is back out on deployment) and the first few spreads had a few of these photos in it. She really loved them and was emotional. I cannot wait for their wedding.

I thought I recognized Lindbergh Field (read the description after viewing photos, of course!)

Great series!
