Looking for a decent noise reduction software that is easy to use. Any free or low priced software that can assist me since I am shooting at ISO 3200 for some indoor hockey pics. Also how does everyone feel about Photoshop Elements. I have found it locally for $85 and wondering how does it compare to DPP. Also can Elements convert Raw images or do I need another program for that. I would like to start learning PP and need some decent beginning software that can grow with me as I get better. Also are thier any easy to understand books that can assist me? Thanks everyone.

Are you shooting Raw? If so you can get good conversions from DPP. And, Elements has very good noise reduction built into its Raw processor Camera Raw, so the two together can work very well, along with the advanced photo editing tools in Elements. The two programs can play very well together.
