Beautiful day for photos, but man was it cold. You'd never tell by the photos, she wasn't even wearing a coat in a lot of them. More can be found on my blog, www.mikeclarkeweddings.com (external link)

Are you looking for C&C or just showing them?

Either way, it looks like you blew the dress in almost every photo.

On my monitor the only thing thats blown out is the first one, which was intentional. There is detail in the highlights in every other dress shots, but thanks.

It's way blown out in the third and also overexposed in the fifth one. I also don't get the purpose of the catcus and shed shot.

Weird, you must all have uncalibrated monitors. Not blown out on mine, or iPad screen. Don't confuse bright with blown out.

Very brave girl. Although I don't see any goose bumps.

My monitor is calibrated and the dress is severely blown out in most of these.

I'm just very confused on where it's severely blown out, other than the top one. I do see dress details in the third shot. You do know the white stuff is snow right

Do any of you people actually keep modern trends in mind or frequent popular, IN STYLE wedding sites and or magazines? Apparently not. Why does "Blown Out" have to be a bad thing?

Re: cactus and shed: Details people. Brides like remembering the details. Some of the most successful wedding photographers, made their names because of this very aspect. Back to the drawing board for you guys I guess

Good job michaelmjc.

All quite excellent! I see the details, and like the bright dress. I also agree with *PeterMcKinnon Love the attention to detail. Nice work! :)

I can't comment on the blow outs as my monitor at work is uncalibrated. But I can comment on the details. The shed? Ok maybe. The half-dead cactus? I thought it was an ashtray at first glance. If my wedding photog came to me with those detail shots I would be like, "HUH?"
