Oil Rig By The Beach

My dad said this was an oil rig when I showed him the picture, not sure.

Kinda funny to see a nice scenic picture by the water, and then the black smoke pouring out of the boat.

at first glance, it looks to be a tanker at some kind of offloading facility. is that beach on the right?

yes it is by the beach.

and radal, i am not sure to be honest. i know they had some sort of pipeline that ran right near where that boat was docked.
