how do you make the eyes pop?

I have seen some tutorials on here but can't find them. Anyone...?

Basically all it is is, dodge, +contrast, +saturation, sharpen.

If you have LR there is a preset in the adjustment brush menu for irises. I usually don't mess with the cornea unless there is some odd yellowing going on or lots of veins.

Try applying Unsharp Mask at a low amount (25%) & high radius (75) and masking to the eyes. Try different settings and opacities.
