Just recently got into photography.... but please give me a chance and take a peek!

Nice Blog! My only advice, please don´t stop updating it!

I would find a better template than what you're using right now. I'm using a 'small' 1024 x 768 monitor and there is a lot of empty space to the left and right. I would suggest buying a domain and then uploading Wordpress to YOUR own domain, not Wordpress' server.

Yeah, I did that last night. Got mine on GoDaddy, they will even install Wordpress to your site. Then maybe go to somewhere like www.thereforest.net and buy a theme. I paid $30 a theme- makes the page look so much better.

I agree the borders are huge- I'm on a 13" Macbook and its a big space.

But the photos are great

I highly recommend avoiding hostpapa. If anyone wants to know why then i can write a post, but it will take a while

Their customer service is pretty bad.... i've just spend the last 3 days having my websites suspended, yet they didn't even warn me. Each time i got in touch with them, i didn't find out what the problem was. Eventually they told me that creating a back-up file of the blog was a violation of their terms. I read their terms and pointed out that is was not, as it was related to the operation of the website. They then said 'we don't allow back-ups'. I asked where this was written in their terms, but they decided to ignore this and just restate that i must remove the file.

It actually took 3 days for them to let me know this..... in the meantime my photography business and associated email was suspended :/

Keep it going, it seems the last post was almost a year ago!

I recommend that you up your text size. I've discussed text size frequently in the past (not here) and the consensus was that many folk just switch off and don't even bother to read if they consider it an effort to read small text.

Agreed. The design doesn't really matter too much. A lot of people that I've worked with (and myself included) spend too much time trying to get their site perfect before "launching" it. The problem with that is it is better to launch your site and start posting on it just to get the content up there. The design you can modify as you go along.

I think some of you haven't noticed that this thread was posted two and a half years ago.

you have fallen for the bloggers trap of apologizing. 'sorry it has been so long since my last post' 'i havent posted in a while' 'wow its been forever since I posted will prob be forever again'.
