These were from a group shoot and it was my first attempt at this type of shooting... I really have no clue what Im doing!!! help!!!

Info on the shoot, what you cant tell from the pics is it was FREEZING! like 20 degree temps inside! I have tons more but I dont have releases from those models yet so seeing I dont know how that works I will just hold off on them until its sorted.
in between shots she was in a snuggie and mittens lol.

and then this one... I was going for an overexposed, yet somehow in editing (didnt mess with colors, just toning and a bit of vignetting) her arm turned green... is there a way to retain the rest of the image as is yet correct the coloring on her arm? lightroom 3 btw.

Nice pictures.
I would try to do a little clean up on the face though, the blemishes grabs the attention of my eyes

The tilt/angle of the first three isn't doing it for me. I think that particular effect works in a nightclub, but not so much in the real world. By the time I'd reached the third picture I was beginning to feel annoyed.

As for the fourth picture, it looks like you attempted to restore the blown highlights, but you won't be able to do that with any amount of editing, without the picture ending up looking weird.

If you want more of an in depth critique from folks here I suggest you post the EXIF data.

She looks angry in most of these shots. I agree you should do some facial blemish editing and forget the tilted shots. Have her smile, make eye contact more. Head tilts are generally nice but in the last shot it is a bit too much and she looks like she is being wary or angry.
As far as fixing blown out areas, the way I have found that works best is to select the area, feather it a bit, and clone in a patch of skin that's not blown out from another part of the image - but do it with the opacity of the clone tool set low 5 or 10 percent. That way you can go over it again and again to get it just right. It will never be perfect but it will look much better. The patch tool can also be used to do this.
