Software problems

I recently purchased a Canon G6 and installed the new ZoomBrowser program that came with it . After 1 week or so, I noticed that if you open the program and double click on a pic to see it full screen size such feature would not work any more. I thought it was an installation problem so I removed the program totally and re-installed it. Again same thing happened, you double click on a picture a new window icon opens with the correct path for the picture and all but no picture is displayed....

Suggestions ?

Could be a memory issue. WHat are you running? PC? Mac? OS? RAM?

Are you sure the pictures were actually downloaded to the computer from the camera and are still in the folder into which they were initially downloaded?
