Skin pp - looks too smooth..
teeth may be a little bit too white, especially her left big tooth. and eyes can be brighter.

As above, but the image looks like it's focused on the nose and not the eyes.

I see you shot this @ F/2.5. Any particular reason ?

The Rebel line is know for soft images, so shooting a portrait @ F/2.5 will cause it to look even softer. Try it at F/11 and see how it looks. Add some fill flash to the image for better looking eyes and overall IQ
The natural light is nice, but it's too dark for good eyes in this image. You should turn on Image Editing OK in the users panel, so we can edit your images and show you the difference.

the tooth whitening - if on it's own layer, can be fixed by bringing the opacity down. that will let more shading of the teeth on the unlit side of the face happen more naturally.

pretty much what everyone's said already. teeth are WAY too white. pop the eyes out a little more and maybe slightly tone down the skin.

Thanks for the responses all! I need a new monitor.....this tn LCD is not doing me any good :)
