The ONLY ones that are, are the series II converters, and apparently ONLY with each other. (As far as if they're both Canon converters.) The series II converters are also stackable with Kenko converters I believe. You can also stack a third party teleconverter with a Canon provided the third party unit does not have a protruding front element. I think that there are some like that, but I'm not sure if they're stellar performers or not. Stacking does bring out the abberations. Tom

The new Canon 2x III is not as deep as the version II so the Canon 1.4x does not fit but I think the Kenko 1.4x mounts flush on the lens side so it may work.
