DELL U2711 Owners: Please Come In

Do you find the Anti-Glare coating to be too much? Do you get that shimmering/snow-flake effect on solid colors, especially white backgrounds?

I have read a lot of negative reviews about the strong AG coating on this monitor.

I also thinking of buying this monitor.
I've read the negative comments about the anti glare, but also came across a page where people removed the AG coating. The screen was a lot better they said.
