Cabo San Lucas and Pacific Ocean. A few days after new years. Sunrise. Probably the best photo I've ever taken.

One of my first seascapes this year. Taken yesterday on a grey turbid day at Muriwai Beach, New Zealand. This spot is renown for angry seas and many a fisherman has been washed off the rocks here which is why you will see a life ring hanging on the cliff in the top left of the image.

First time out with my new 5D. Def a step backwards in technology from my t1i, but the IQ is definitely superior. Shot seems a little dark, my have to boost the exposure a little.

Learned a lot about the 5D today. While FF definitely makes my 24-105L wider, its not quite wide enough and a 17-40 may be in my future... Also, my cokin P is definitely visible in the 24-30 range. :( Lee kit might also be in my future...

This is taken from my front door and is the view straight out my from window. This was just before sunrise and at this time of year that is quite late in the morning, and we don't see so much sunshine at the moment, but when we do it is a cause for celebration.
