If they looked sharp on your screen before reduction for the web, then something has happened in the process. Growing old disgracefully!

Perhaps this is not how everyone else uploads images? it also seems i had to resize them to around 600pixels in width to get them small enough to work, is that normal here??? Gear List

Most seem to use flkr or smugmug accounts to post from...I just use the insert image icon as you do and although the images aren't quite as sharp they're not too bad. Growing old disgracefully!
