How about some blue and green? D7000 + 70-300 VR @ 300mm.

Hey guys I received a D90 kit as a gift a couple of weeks back, I tried and didn't get used to.. Hope you don't mind but anyone want to buy it ? has less than 90 shots, full warranty etc.. we can work out a good price or a trade for canon gear.

This thread needs more posts. :) My first MF shot with my D800. My dad had some old Nikon AI-S lenses, so I put his 50mm 1.8 on the D800 and came up with this. I don't know why my daughter gave me such a somber look, but I thought a black and white conversion suited her face.

I still haven't got around to getting the 35 f/1.4, trying to decide between that and getting a Fuji X Pro 1 as a backup / day to day body. While figuring that out I'm really finding the 24-70 to be very good wide open. Another example from this week at f/2.8

^^ Mike, that is very nice. I've been eyeing that lens, I want something similar to the versatility that my 15-85 offers me on my Canon crop bodies. That might be it.
