I'm actually proud of this person, that is assuming his did this purely as a publicity stunt for human rights and was not attempting to benefit financially from this...

If his cause truly was noble, then he clearly went out of his way to defend our rights. And that I applaud.

I was next to a Korean woman on an international flight returning to Chicago, while waiting in line at customs she decided to film some of it with her camcorder... By the time I gestured like "ppssst, you don't wanna do that here you might-" she was swept away by security like she was a terrorist.

I hope the TSA stops stomping all over our rights... that is a clear violation of our rights.

Airports are private property, you have no rights.

....

You still have alot of rights. Alot more then you are lead to believe. Just as this person pointed out.

Isn't the TSA a private business ? Why would they have more power then an actual police officer ? They don't. Unless you let them.

Umm... wrong ... have a nice day. If you don't have the bravery Mr. Mocek did, thats fine, don't spread false information.

TSA is a United States Government organization, hence their website, tsa.gov

The TSA is a government agency.
The screeners and some other employees are private contractors hired by the TSA.

just a few of my thoughts...
