I just had a very positive experience with Lowepro customer service.
My Slingshot 100AW bag, which I like very much, developed a frayed, failing seam at the strap attachment.
I emailed Lowepro customer service on the weekend and they responded on Monday. They requested a few details and immediately arranged to FedEx a replacement bag (actually, an upgrade to the newer 102AW.)
It arrived today, Thursday.

Absolutely first class customer service, and they stand behind their warranty.
Lowepro will be the first place I look next time I need another bag.

Lowepro customer service sets a real standard for others to meet. I once bought a used Lens Case, the zipper failed, and Lowepro sent me a NEW replacement even though I did not have the original purchase receipt.

Yeah they rock. Never heard anything bad about them, and their bags are well built. 'Tis why I only have lowepro bags for my camera stuff. :P (Though gf has a tamrac, traitor! hehe)

Lowepro customer service even took the time to respond to my inquiry about modifying one of their bags. No B$ about how I'd instantly void the warranty just intelligent discussion about what I had in mind.

who gives a rat crap how much gear you can list?
