I'm just looking into the market a bit and seeing how people differentiate themselves in order to improve my business. Anything that you do differently that keeps them coming back? If it's unique photos, why are they unique? Customer service? What do you do that puts you over the top? Etc etc.

I offer me.

In a earlier career I was told to firstly sell myself as people buy from people. Your images may be fantastic but if you and the client clash it is very unlikely that they will buy your services.

First off: I'm predominantly a wedding photographer.

I'm friendly, courteously, and helpful throughout the wedding day. I don't get under people's feet, and i deliver what i say i will, when i said i would. I also offer amazing value for money.

Apart from ourselves and the way we shoot >

Honeymoon Album (external link) - Still not seen anyone else doing it over here, its challenging to do time wise but clients love it and its not expensive to do = lot more value than what it costs.

Photo Booth (external link) - Seen a few other people over here offering something similar but no one in our area packaged/selling it in the same way.

Well, with light tangy sauce it can be surprisingly tasty.
