Here are some shots from a recent shoot. Let me know what you think.

I love #1 as being the best of the bunch. The framing / depth of field with the keys on the piano is terrific, and I love the balance of the key light and the rim light. I'm also smitten by the subject and subject matter, but that's beside the point. :) Well done overall. On #3, I like the action, but would have preferred to see some of her face. I know that's difficult to control, however. :)

These are all very good shots. There's something about each shot that I really like... and there are a few things that could have been improved.
1. The DOF and perspective are both good, but the wide angle distortion (and to some extent the low POV with her dress) distract a bit.
2. The lighting and background are great. This is my overall favorite. Mind sharing how you lit this one?
3. The action makes this shot, but as Doc mentioned it would have been nice to see a little more of her face. I think a different shooting angle would have worked better, too.

Overall, very solid work.

Very elegant and classy, number 3 was cool because I'm slowly going through getting this well elegant and classy feel and bam, action. For me it feels like a punk rock spin on piano almost. Overall I like them all.
