Extended warranty included too. It depends where it's from though--some of those warranties are entirely non-transferable.

I have found that third party extended warranties arent worth the paper they are written on. When you get to the fine print they have a way out of not covering pretty much everything. I bought a MAC 3 yr warranty once when I bought a 16-35 ver 1 lens from Beach Camera. After the year was up I developed error 99 messages whenever mounting the lens. I contacted MAC for service and can recall what reason they gave me but stated it was not covered under the warranty. In the end it ended up being the contacts and varnish there from the manufacturing process (had only used the lens like twice before it failed) A little denatured alcohol on a qtip and viola! The thing that gets me about MAC is you buy the warranty, the retailer has to submit a copy of it to MAC then you have to be careful and read the fine print as you also have to register the warranty again yourself with 30 days or its completely voided. Had the same issue with best buy warranty and sears not honoring the warranty and finding a loophole out. Do yourself a favor and dont bother with extended warranties unless its offered under the same conditons as the OEM and offered by the OEM.
