Haven't posted here in a while. Finally got out to the opening day of the eagle watch. There were plenty of people there to share in the watching, but the eagles really failed to provide a feeding show. The local farmers put out chickens for these guys over the winter and there usually are hundreds of eagles. I only seen about 50 on this day.
The shots below are from about 300 yards away with my 400 mm f/5.6 prime and my 5D II. These are large crops. Ran them through a plug-in for tonal contrast and sharpened.
