Help with ID please

Went to Sequoyah wildlife refuse this past week and even though I have looked in a book, still not sure about these guys. The 1st two are different views of same bird. He was sitting on the ground for a long time in the same place, then started hovering over this field I assume hunting.

Could it be a Northern Harrier? (male) Beautiful shot..
Perhaps a Northern Shoveler on the 1st Duck..

Norther Harrier,Northern Shovler, American Wigeon and Red Heads, Killdeere, Curlews maybe?

#1 & 2 maybe a Cooper's Hawk

#1 & #2 - Female Northern Harrier
#3 - Male Northern Shoveler
#4 - Female Ringnecked Duck, Male American Wigeon, Redheads
#5 - Killdeer
#6 & #7 - Common Snipe
