Went to Sequoyah wildlife refuse this past week and even though I have looked in a book, still not sure about these guys. The 1st two are different views of same bird. He was sitting on the ground for a long time in the same place, then started hovering over this field I assume hunting.
1.

Could it be a Northern Harrier? (male) Beautiful shot..
Perhaps a Northern Shoveler on the 1st Duck..
