I did but some time ago.

I think the Free upgrade was only if you recently bought V9 knowing V10 was coming soon??

Were you able to upgrade from V9 to V10 for FREE.
My understanding and the way I read website is say you have V9, yes you get free UPDATED for V9 (V9.01 or V9.02).

But UPGRADES to NEW version are NOT FREE. Right now to go to V10 you get a $10 discount. Studion version was $30 vs $40. But NOT FREE

I just downloaded Portrait Professional Studio a few hours ago. If you go to this webpage and buy it now, what you get is version 10 for $59.95 minus any discount codes you might have. There are codes in their ads in most photographer magazines.

I didn't even realize that there was an upgrade to v10 until seeing this thread. I discovered that I was eligible for a free upgrade. I had the standard version, which I bought at version 9 in November 2010.

es I think in the time frame you bought V 9 there were giving FREE upgrades to V10. But I bought too long ago for
FREE upgrade.

But I do like this software

I started with the Professional edition v.6, which was offered for free as a promotion, since at that time (Aug 2009), the current payable version was already at v.8.

That free version made me eligible for an upgrade to v.9 in Sept 2009 for 29.95 EUR.
From v.9 I upgraded today to v.10 (still Professional) for 19.95 EUR.

All that with my main two models being now 3 and 5 respectively, although there is Grandma around too...
